A collection of self-directed work built outside client engagements — spanning civic data tools, design critique, and speculative UX. Includes Block Score NYC, a real-time NYC address scoring tool, and UX Failure Deck, a card-based exploration of design failure patterns.

NYC Block Score is a working tool that scores any address in New York City across five dimensions — using live data straight from NYC Open Data APIs. Instead of relying on vibes or outdated listicles, it pulls real civic data to answer a simple question: what's this block actually like to live on? Built as a side project to explore public data as a design material, it's part utility, part experiment in making bureaucratic datasets feel human. Visit nycblockscore.com

Alt Realities of Design
Alt Realities of Design is an ongoing exploration of speculative and satirical UX — reimagining interfaces as if they were honest, absurd, or built for a world with different rules. Think "what if this loading screen just admitted it was stalling," or "what if this onboarding flow told you the real reason it's 12 steps long." Part visual essay, part design critique, it's a space to poke at the conventions of digital products by imagining their alternate, more candid versions.
